Inviting aspiring Digital Sellers with 0-1 years of professional experience. You should have familiarity with social media product selling and generating leads for the product and should have a strong portfolio of related work which demonstrates your understanding of the digital sales process.
Role:
• You will be working as part of a new team to sell Hire People platform.
• Major part of the role is crafting searching and talking to potential customers and generating leads for sales and signup users on the platform.
• Working on branding and consistent marketing for Hire People products.
• You are encouraged to contribute to shaping product sales process; with strategically targeted user conversion.
Must-have:
• At least, 6 months of experience in Digital Sales
• Portfolio of previous work or projects if you are freshers.
• Proficiency in marketing tools Excel, Social Media (FB, Instagram, Email, etc).
• Understanding of the digital sale process from user research, converting users to onboard products.
• Deep understanding of people’s behavior and psychology.
• Ability to articulate and substantiate your sales decisions.
• Familiarity with Digital sales fundamentals; Copywriting, Social account management, Branding, User conversion.
• A degree related to marketing/communication is preferred but not necessary as long as you could demonstrate skills.
• Good work ethic and professionalism as part of core values.
Note: Due to the on-going crisis, we are unable to provide a stipend and ship any hardware for the new interns initially, so we expect you to have access to a laptop or desktop with an internet connection. As an incentive for you to consider us, we provide you with the opportunity to join our team on a full-time role post your internship if its a good fit.
