Roles and Responsibilities-
- Strategize and execute Facebook, Google Ads, and alternate channel marketing plans for our at-home business vertical. This will include campaign planning, execution, and optimization of different types of campaigns (App Install Ads, Traffic Ads, Lead Generation Ads, Search Ads, Display Ads, retargeting, and YouTube Ads).
- Be the in-house expert on campaign performance and optimization by providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
- Leverage first-party and third-party data for targeting insights & work closely with the analytics teams to derive meaningful insights and drive a data-backed strategy
- Work with other teams including product and brand to drive product and creative efficiencies
- Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV
Skills & Qualifications-
- 3-5 years of experience working in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google & Facebook ads is a must
- Digital marketing experience in the e-commerce industry will be a plus
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
