Plan & execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, emails, social media & display advertising campaigns. Measures & reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns & assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Ensure the company communicates the messaging to attract prospective customers & retain existing ones. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & customer touch points. Ability to thrive in an evolving & fast-paced environment, prioritizing & handling multiple projects concurrently Create original content and enhance existing content while incorporating SEO best practices Brainstorm, research, and contribute ideas for content that interests the target audience. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels. Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluates emerging technologies and working knowledge of ad serving tools
