Develop strategies & tactics to get word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.  Plan & execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, emails, social media & display advertising campaigns.  Measures & reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns & assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).  Ensure the company communicates the messaging to attract prospective customers & retain existing ones.  Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & customer touch points.  Ability to thrive in an evolving & fast-paced environment, prioritizing & handling multiple projects concurrently  Create original content and enhance existing content while incorporating SEO best practices  Brainstorm, research, and contribute ideas for content that interests the target audience.  Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.  Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.  Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.  Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.  Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.  Evaluates emerging technologies and working knowledge of ad serving tools
