Job Responsibilities :
*Lead & Manage end to end website strategy development & day to day operational execution – including promotions , paid advertising , mobile , email & product launches
* Grow online commercial results , ensuring websites are a strong driver to achieve overall company revenue projections
* Collaborate with Product , Sales , Marketing & Creative Teams in the design & development of ecommerce assets & programs & maximize return through testing , site optimization , UI/UX & improving online customer experience
* Contribute to SEO , social media , mobile & email strategy & execution
* Oversee content management for all websites
* Evaluate competitive benchmarks & continue to drive improvements to digital marketing strategy
* Contribute to leadership to the marketing & creative team, building on process & capabilities while nurturing to achieve a higher degree of communication & collaboration
* Access the functionality of the digital marketing team & determine what additional personal assets are needed to hire
* Strategize / launch of new verticals/ D2C
* Manage roadmap for eCommerce & digital experiences , ensuring we always have the most optimal ,frictionless experiences for our B2B & B2C platforms
* Develop & execute all digital marketing including SEO / SEM , social media & display advertising campaigns
* To evaluate end to end customer journey across all digital channels & customer touch points
* Develop & monitor digital strategies as per industry standards
* Identify new digital marketing / product trends & improvements
