Job Summary: A Dietitian is responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing and implementing dietary plans, and providing nutritional education and counseling.

Responsibilities:

Conduct nutritional assessments and dietary histories.

Develop and implement individualized meal plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.

Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Monitor patient food intake and progress.

Collaborate with healthcare team to manage patients' nutritional status.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Stay current with the latest nutrition research and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.

Registered Dietitian (RD) certification preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
