- Tele- counselling to understand client's health concerns.

- Providing appropriate diet guidelines, customized diet plans

-Regular follow ups to track their progress and motivate the clients to stay consistent in their efforts.

Msc in Clinical Nutrition/food science Nutrition / Dietetics.

Or PG diploma in Food Science, Nutrition/ Dietetics
