Dear Candidate we are hiring Die Designing and Vendor manager

Progressive Die Design:

• Conduct feasibility studies and use CAD/CAM software for design and simulation tasks, ensuring designs are manufacturable and meet all technical requirements.

• Design and develop progressive dies according to customer specifications, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise, assisting in the preparation and submission of accurate sales quotes.

• Manage relationships with vendors, including sourcing, negotiating terms, and overseeing project execution to ensure quality and timely delivery of components or materials. • Support the manufacturing process by working closely with the production team, addressing any design-related issues, and ensuring the manufacturability of designs.

• Participate in cross-functional team meetings, providing design and technical input to meet project objectives and deadlines.

• Document design processes, including detailed drawings and specifications, and maintain accurate records for all projects.

• Resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing or with vendor-supplied components, providing technical support and guidance as needed.

Vendor Management:

• Provide insights and recommendations based on vendor analysis to support strategic decision making and process optimization.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and on time delivery.

• Manage relationships with vendors, including performance evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and develop procurement strategies.

• Monitor vendor performance, quality, and compliance with contractual agreements. • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess vendor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
