Dear Candidate we are hiring Die Designing and Vendor manager

Progressive Die Design:

Conduct feasibility studies and use CAD/CAM software for design and simulation tasks, ensuring designs are manufacturable and meet all technical requirements.

Design and develop progressive dies according to customer specifications, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise, assisting in the preparation and submission of accurate sales quotes.

Manage relationships with vendors, including sourcing, negotiating terms, and overseeing project execution to ensure quality and timely delivery of components or materials. Support the manufacturing process by working closely with the production team, addressing any design-related issues, and ensuring the manufacturability of designs.

Participate in cross-functional team meetings, providing design and technical input to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Document design processes, including detailed drawings and specifications, and maintain accurate records for all projects.

Resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing or with vendor-supplied components, providing technical support and guidance as needed.

Vendor Management:

Provide insights and recommendations based on vendor analysis to support strategic decision making and process optimization.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and on time delivery.

Manage relationships with vendors, including performance evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and develop procurement strategies.

Monitor vendor performance, quality, and compliance with contractual agreements. Conduct regular performance reviews to assess vendor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
