DevOps
Skills and Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience.
Strong understanding of Linux
Hands-on with docker, Apache/Nginx,
Awareness with AWS, OpenStack and Kubernetes will be an advantage
Linux Systems Engineering, DevOps, IT and/or software engineering work experience
Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services ( Amazon Web Services, Docker,Azure.
Good understanding of Shell scripting. Working Understanding of (Python / Perl / Ruby) and Networking
Experience of Server Monitoring, Installations, DevOps Build, Release, and Continuous Integration tools and frameworks such as SVN, GIT, ANT, MVN, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
Familiarity with Nodejs will be an add-on.
Quick learning abilities to implement new technologies and troubleshoot issues.
Roles and responsibilities:
As a DevOps engineer, you will work as an integral part of our team that will support our wireless ecosystem. The ideal candidate has extensive DevOps knowledge and experience and has previously managed DevOps, in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Design and develop features that help evolve the technical direction of the Platform.
Work in a DevOps-focused team owning and operating the services they create in accordance with service level objectives defined by them.
Work on Agile, Scrum, team building, and shippable product increments that meet the goals set with Product Owners.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including development, automated test construction, deployment, and operations.
Develop unit and automated integration tests that give the team confidence to deploy to production on a predictable cadence.
Produce comprehensive software documentation for internal teams and our customers.
