Staff Engineer/Sr. Staff Engineer

Azure DevOps Engineer to join a software house based near Brighton. We are looking for a Mid-Level to Senior DevOps Engineer as this will be the first DevOps hire on the team so need someone who can help them to mature their DevOps approach. You will offer guidance on how they should improve their build and release processes, monitoring and troubleshooting to create a more scalable, reliable and secure software platform for clients. The Software Engineering team have already setup basic CI/CD pipelines but it is still in its infancy so you would be responsible for taking them to the next level. You will have a lot of autonomy to build their DevOps tooling and approach and be influential in improving the release processes and pipelines and automating many of the manual tools and processes.

To be considered your CV will demonstrate your previous experience in a DevOps role working with the Azure Cloud platform and many of the following technologies:

PowerShell for automation

JIRA

GIT

TeamCity

Octopus Deploy

Stackify

This will be a great role for a Mid to Senior Level Azure DevOps Engineer who wants to build a DevOps environment from a basic level and be influential from day one.
