Job Description

Responsible for integrating and defining containerization technologies

Strong experience with DevOps essential tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GIT, and Jenkins.

Worked on Microservices for Continuous Delivery environment using Docker and Jenkins.

Plan, designed, implement, and maintain CI/CD solutions across all environments as applicable and defined by the business needs

Strong expertise in GitLab environment buildout, Gitlab runner deployments, GitLab pipeline creation, and Kubernetes deployments via GitLab pipelines

Build, scale, and monitor highly scalable applications, and define and implement DevOps solutions which include reference architectures, effort estimates, and costing

Experience in working on AWS and its services like AWS IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS, EBS, RDS, S3, Lambda, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, Cloud Front, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, SQS, and SNS

Strong knowledge in REST, JSON, APIs, Micro-services, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and Nodejs.

Extensive working knowledge of automation for deployment/configuration of different Application servers

Experienced with principles and best practices of Software Configuration Management (SCM) in Agile, scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with test-driven development

Experience architecting and operating systems built with Amazon Web Services

Experience with Docker containers.

Knowledge of Python and Lambda.

AWS Certification

Experience in architecture, design, development, and delivery of distributed applications
