Summery:

Primary skill requirement is of an Ops focused background that has spent time in managing production setups, primarily with monitoring metrics and being able to design dashboards for the same.

In addition, Skills around DevOps focused on being able to define pipelines based on multi repository code, and deployment into production. There is need to understand Docker file and the images in this process.

The product is based on Kubernetes for managing its microservices, understanding its working will be a great addition.
