Diagnose and troubleshoot server-level issues efficiently and effectively

Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, incident response, and monitoring systems to proactively identify potential issues

Deploy, Automate, Support, and Troubleshoot services

Simplify, optimize and automate CI/CD processes to further our goal of rapidly improving developer productivity and confidence.

Build, operate and support AWS Cloud environments

Write, update and enhance technical documentations

Provide periodic reports regarding maintenance and upgrade activities to our clients.

Implement and improve monitoring and alerting.

Keep up to date on modern technologies and trends and advocate for their inclusion within products when it makes sense
