We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record in design, development, and automotive manufacturing processes ( casting & machining /CNC/ VMC). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), and related audit processes, with a minimum of 3-4years of hands-on experience in engineering and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development:

• Basic AutoCAD & Design knowledge to create 3D models, CNC & Vmc machining part , and detailed engineering drawings.

• Tooling & Manufacturing Support:

• PPAP & APQP:

Lead and manage the PPAP process to ensure successful part approval. Develop and execute APQP plans, ensuring that all phases of the development lifecycle meet customer specifications and quality closely with the quality team to ensure that products are manufactured in compliance with ISO/TS or IATF standards. Conduct internal audits and support third-party audits to verify adherence to required processes and standards. Ensure corrective actions are taken as necessary. Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues, improve product designs, and streamline manufacturing processes.
