Position- L2 Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
Management adding and configuring new workstations and setting up user accounts to
provide authorizations.
Problem handling in remote location through telephone and remote software (VNC,
Team Viewer, Remote Desktop, Any Desk, Admin).
Managing 4 team members and manages the flow of day-to-day operations.
Virus protection in all Desktop and Laptops through MacAfee Antivirus & Install and
configure the McAfee antivirus and Resolve issue like Encryption, DLP (Data Loss
Prevention) and updates.
Installation & configuration of Windows 7, 8, , Server 2012 and 2016.
Managing CCTV environment.
Supporting Network infrastructure on Terminal Server, File server and Print Server.
Day to day activities involve manage the Citrix environment and troubleshooting from
the client side.
VPN clients Installation (Nortel, Cisco, Juniper) and configuration.
Installation and Configuration of desktop and network printer and scanners.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of various softwares/applications like
MS-Office, Adobe DC and other basic softwares.
Installation and configuration of MS-outlook 2007, 2010 and Office 365, PST creation,
troubleshoot PST related issues and recovery.
Well handling with the difference OS Window, Chrome OS, Mac OS, etc.
Handling, monitoring & troubleshooting on Thin Client, Chromebook, Macbook, Laptop
Desktop & Networks related issues.
Manage software and hardware inventory, perform internal software audit and license
