Job Description

Need to work on-site or via remote connection and assist with hardware installations, software upgrades, systems integrations, and basic IT-related issues.

A desktop support engineer, who should have extensive knowledge of office systems, good problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal skills. A top-class desktop support engineer who can provide fast and effective support for clients experiencing basic hardware and software top Engineer Level 1 role for Desktop / IT support that assist clients with hardware and software issues. Their job is to provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.

Operating System – Windows 10

Collaboration tools - Microsoft Outlook 2019, for Business, WebEx.

VPN Client – Cisco AnyConnect. Should have hands on knowledge on VPN switch router VPN and candidates who can handle top level executives.
