Job Description

o L1/L2 Desktop support, AD working knowledge

o Troubleshoot on helpdesk calls & timely closure of tickets

o Client system OS installation/upgradation/patch management/troubleshoot

o Maintain OS security policies & compliance

o Assembling and troubleshoot on laptop/desktop, printers, projector and other hardware peripherals.

o Installation & Support for office 365 packages

o Email client support for laptop/mobile etc.

o VPN support/ remote support

o Crimping of cables & handling of other LAN issues
