Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description

·         Installation, Maintenance, Configuration & Troubleshooting of servers, Laptops & Desktops.

·         Configuration of network printers and permit access to users.

·         Managing Groups & users on Win2k, Win2k3.

·         Maintaining DHCP SERVER and its Scopes.

·         Protocols TCP/IP, SMTP and POP3.

·         In-depth knowledge of PC hardware, PC diagnostics and Trouble Shooting

·         LAN connectivity using Switch device, Cate5 cable,Cate6 Cable and Patch panel

·         Installation & troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory Windows 2000,Windows 2003

·         ADS, DHCP, DNS, File Security configure etc

·         Configuring and solving of mailing system such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express

·         Repair & upgrades for hardware and software for all nodes, maintenance, security auditing of Internet connectivity & Wireless Router, Switch & Firewall Configuration, Blackberry & I-pad Configuration.
