Position: Level 3 - Tech Support Advisors
Shift: 24*7 (Majorly Night/US Shift)
Compensation: Salary Range – INR LPA to LPA

Position Responsibilities:
• Quickly and accurately performs multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information, and problem solving.
• Connects and communicates with clients using an online portal, recommends, and completes service solutions based on the client's description of the situation and their own diagnosis.
• Helps clients solve technical requests or issues with computers, peripherals, and IoT/Smart Home devices.
• Troubleshoots operating system issues, repairs, and removes malware as defined by scopes of work for both Apple and Windows-based systems.
• Performs upgrades, repairs, and applicable installations using phone (when applicable), online chat, and remote desktop software.
• Requires excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and clarify service needs.
• Recommends upgrades that are appropriate and applicable to the client's needs or desires.
• Must have a strong desire and ability to inform clients of offers, sell products or services, and overcome objections.
• Flexible in both schedule and workload, maintaining a variable work schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Shows appreciation to the client for their business and encourages feedback and an ongoing relationship with Geek Squad in the future.
• Maintains high levels of professionalism, courtesy and client service throughout all client interactions.
• Handles complaints and objections effectively, de-escalating or preventing further
