Job Description

Install & Configure Software & Hardware

Know of Microsoft AD

Knowledge of SAP B1

Manage network servers & technology tools

Designing & installing of LAN, WAN, Internet, Intranet system & Network

Monitor Performance and Maintain systems according to requirements

Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing Problems, and assessing impact of issues.

Managing Router, Switches & Firewall, Security & Patches.

Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts

Making sure all desktop applications, Workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.

Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

Maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT Policies

Responsible for the inventory of IT related requirements

Learn SAP modules under the guidance of HOD and should be a strong support to Dahej junior level employees by training and hand holding

Responsible for backup generation of CCTV
