As a L3 Desktop Support Associate (DSA) at WWS you will work as part of a broad range of technologies and liaises across multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests. The Responsibility includes for answering IT requests via phone, email, live chat or instant message and explaining solutions in technical and nontechnical terms.
What We Expect
Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer programming.
Minimum experience of 3+ years.
Good Understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting, Knowledge of Windows
Strong experience with installation, configuration, and administration of SAS or higher
Create/maintain static and Ad-Hoc deliverables to communicate field performance and increase technician level efficiency.
Experience with performance tuning servers, troubleshooting, and automation of such codes.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Rectify Issues. Demonstrate the ability to defuse potentially volatile situations and provide an articulate, measured response to a problem en working knowledge of routers, switchers, Wireshark which has to be dealt on demand.
Technical upgradation. Identify the conventional strategy being used in the industry and the upgraded version that could benefit us once esting the management and managers on technical trends being prevailed.
Networking Assistance. Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases to aid in problem tify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization. Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.
