Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description

Provide frontline technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues on desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including operating system issues, software installations, and hardware failures.

Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.

Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and participate in IT projects as needed.

Provide first-level technical support for CCTV systems and network infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to CCTV cameras, network devices, and connectivity.
