Thorough knowledge on Relevant National Building Code,

National Uniform Plumbing code, Statutory Authority

Requirements- CFO & MCGM.

- Should have experience in Coordinating with Consultant and

client for Design and shop Drawing preparation, submission, &

documentation.

- Should have thorough knowledge on PL & Firefighting pipe sizing

and pump head calculation.

- Knowledge on coordinating with other MEP services (HVAC,

ELECTRICAL, IBMS) when preparing PL & FF drawings and also

Preparation of MEP coordinated layout.

- Knowledge on understanding the BOQ item & specification for

preparation of shop drawings.

- Knowledge on preparation of external infrastructure layout, coor-

dinating with other services and ensuring correct invert levels for

PL & FF system

- Knowledge on Quantity take off and preparation of BOQ variation

document based on approved drawings.

- Attend Consultant and Client meetings for Design document &

Drawing discussion and approvals.

- Coordinate with project managers for preparation of As-built

Drawings for PL & FF.

- Knowledge on Drafting in AutoCAD & BIM software

- Need to manage team size of 5-6 members

- Experience in drafting plumbing and firefightingsystem
