Description:

Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer, providing technical support and ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities:

Configure printers (local and network).

Set up and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365.

Install and migrate Windows operating systems (Windows 10 to 11).

Manage network printers and user domain connections.

Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook.

Understand LAN/WAN and basic networking principles.

Qualifications:

Experience in desktop support.

Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Office 365.

Knowledge of network protocols and printer setup.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
