Desktop Support Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users, ensuring seamless operation of their desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and applications (MS-Office 365, Acrobat Reader, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Manage antivirus software and ensure system security
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Communicate technical information to non-technical end-users
- Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT industry handling end-user support
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win 10/11) and applications (MS-Office 365, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduation in Computer Science or related field is a must
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certification in desktop support or related field (added advantage)
Salary Package:
- Competitive salary package ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 rupees per month
