Position : Desktop Support Engineer

Knowledge of A+ N+

Minimum one year experience

▪ Possess good Knowledge on Windows OS WIN7 and Win 10

▪ Assembling of Desktop and Laptop Basic Level.

▪ Upgradation of OS from WIN7 to Win 10 or to the latest Version.

▪ Formatting of Desktop and laptop and installation of OS along with other Application such as Office

▪ 2013/ip, Adobe etc.

▪ Troubleshooting skills in case of hardware issue.

▪ Good oral / written communication skills

▪ Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills required

▪ Associates Degree

▪ MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional

▪ Excellent working knowledge of up-to-date desktop applications

▪ Knowledge of Windows Servers, workstations, MS Exchange, anti-virus and other various software applications

▪ Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal

▪ Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment

▪ Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

▪ Excellent Knowledge of systems - Know your way around desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity.

▪ Problem solving. Resolve problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources
