2. Responsible to diagnose, verify, record and report equipment/hardware, system non - performance or downtime and Software errors.

3. Responsible for configuration of desktop / laptop / printer configuration and application/software installation / transfer

4. Responsible to facilitate installation, Movement, addition or change related to Desktop / laptop /Printers.
