• Troubleshooting basic LAN problems. Maintaining Hardware and System related calls.
• Managing Active Directory and Implementing & maintaining Policies to the Users & Groups.
• System installation and Configuration, Maintenance of PC & Troubleshooting.
• Installation and support of Operating Systems like Windows XP/7//Vista.
• Ms Office installation, up gradation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Configuration and able to support mail client Configuration, MS-Outlook.
• Managing and Maintaining Antivirus Security.
• Monitoring and performance analysis of systems, User account monitoring.
• Providing support for desktops, laptops, printers trouble shooting and Inventory
management.
• Problem identification and resolution and provide technical help to users
• Configuring Internet for LAN configuration of the Domain and workgroup creation & troubleshooting.
• Resetting administrators Password for a user's locked account.
• Managing connection & Troubleshooting of Local Area Network.
• Arranges for repair or replacement of defective IT assets.
• User management:-Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. Resetting user
passwords, Lock/unlock user accounts
