System installation and Configuration, Maintenance of PC & Troubleshooting.
Installation and support of Operating Systems like Windows XP/7//Vista.
Ms Office installation, up gradation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Configuration and able to support mail client Configuration, MS-Outlook.
Managing and Maintaining Antivirus Security.
Monitoring and performance analysis of systems, User account monitoring.
Providing support for desktops, laptops, printers trouble shooting and Inventory
management.
Problem identification and resolution and provide technical help to users
Configuring Internet for LAN configuration of the Domain and workgroup creation & troubleshooting.
Resetting administrators Password for a user's locked account.
Managing connection & Troubleshooting of Local Area Network.
Arranges for repair or replacement of defective IT assets.
User management:-Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. Resetting user
passwords, Lock/unlock user accounts
