Help customers through installing applications and computer peripherals

Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions

Conduct remote troubleshooting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Should have demonstrated knowledge of current technology

Should have well- rounded technical skills in all key areas of end-user

computing: hardware, software, networking, security

Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as Service Desk and/or

Desktop support

Should have experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365

and Active Directory

Should have experience in developing and conducting user training

Candidates having experience with MacOS will be preferred
