JOB DESCRIPTION:
o Preparation of rough sketch and engineering plan for the project orders received
o Preparation of CAD drawings for the projects
o Preparation of bill of materials required for the project
o Preparation of cost estimation and feasibility report for the projects
o Getting the approval from the client and MD for the designs prepared for the project
o Coordination with the Project and Production Team for construction and commissioning of the projects
o Supervise the manufacturing process of the clean air equipments for the projects and ensure the same as per the approved design
o Create a prototype if necessary and test the same for usability before the commissioning the project
o Prepare a detailed handover document once the project is completed
o Maintain the documented information of all the designs, approvals, estimates, design manual and reports
o 2D/3D Working and having Basic knowledge on HVAC
o Develop construction drawings utilizing Auto-CAD
o Provide program management to support department milestone activities Identify current model quality and value up ideas support adoption Auto-CAD / Solid Works
