Job description:
• Managing the entire sales & marketing operations including handling field sales force, sales promotion, distribution, payment collections, sales administration, etc.
• Achievement of annual sales targets, planning and implementation of marketing and selling strategies for all products.
• Will oversee designing of artwork, visual aids, leave behinds, etc
• Handling all C&F, Consignment Agents, and Stockists for smooth operations and timely collections.
• Recruiting, training and retaining the field sales team.
• Development of institutional, distillery, on-line, retail and any other new areas of business/sales.
• New Product development and changes in existing products, packaging, etc.
• Product pricing strategies.
• Timely and proper submission of all relevant formats.
• Delegation of work to subordinates and developing them.
• Will have reportees consisting of 6 people at office.
Candidate criteria
• m/ graduate with minimum 3 years in field sales and 7 years in office (PMT /distribution/ sales) from pharmaceutical formulation background.
• Should have a strong command over written & verbal communication in English.
• Should be a permanent resident from Mumbai & have accommodation here.
• Male candidates only preferred.
