JOB Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for :
· FEA model building using shell and solid elements
· Boundary condition identification and model set-up
· Flexible body preparation (MNF)
· Model Analysis
· Dynamic stiffness and point mobility analysis
· Structural NVH simulation : NTF and VTF
· Brake NVH (Squeal, Groan noise) simulation
· Steering rack rattle simulation
· To interact with design and testing teams for system development
· Actively participate in new technology development program
· Estimation of Fatigue Life
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Skilled in the use of FEA tools like HyperMesh, Optistruct, Nastran & Abaqus
Durability - Fatigue life estimation by using tool like Design life (N-Code), FEMFAT
Proficient in Structural NVH (FEA)
Good knowledge of NVH aspects of Engine mount system
Good exposure to basic MS Excel calculations
Individual capacity to interact with other team member
