Job Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate site measurements to ensure precise furniture fit and installation.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create custom furniture designs that meet their specifications and preferences.

Oversee and coordinate the installation of furniture, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Develop and manage production plans to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.

Utilize CAD software to create 3D designs and assemblies for furniture parts, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.

Create detailed 2D drawings for production and evaluate vendor orders to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards

Lead and inspire the design team to develop innovative furniture concepts that align with market trends, customer needs, and company vision.
