Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Set clear goals, provide regular performance feedback, and support professional growth.
Project Management:Manage and coordinate design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, schedules, and reports.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of designs, modifications, and test results.
Assist in technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Continuous Improvement: Implement and maintain design standards and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the design department. Lead initiatives to optimize design processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all design and development activities comply with relevant pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations, including GMP, FDA, and EMA guidelines.
Prepare and review documentation for regulatory submissions, validations, and qualifications.
Prepare documentation and reports for regulatory submissions and audits.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
