Self-driven person to improve existing products, processes & troubleshooting of existing production issues.

Provides technical and engineering support to Production department.

Liaising with Production, R &D and Purchase team for existing product improvement.

Visit to vendors for part development & to ensure their Quality standard as per our requirements.

Proficiency with engineering design program such as Solid works. Knowledge of AutoCAD & Solid Edge will be an added advantage.

Application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).

Creates CAD models, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) released of design changes thru proper documentation process.

Knowledge of different manufacturing process like Sheet metal fabrication, Machining process, plastic Moulding, vacuum forming & Surface treatment process.

Inspection of day to day inward material as per need.

Maintain accurate records, Write detailed reports & CAD data Management.
