Job Description

• Prepare Bill Of Quantities from engineering drawings.

• Analyze engineering drawing & Other documents to prepare time, cost, materials & Labor estimates.

• Calculating BOM,BOQ based on drawing received from client / consultant.

• Estimate the quantities required for relevant projects.

• Indentifying & recording of assumption / exceptions/ deviations/ made for the preparation of estimates.

• Preparation of cost estimates & techno commercial proposals.

• Floating Inquiries to approved vendors & prepare rate techno-commercial comparison.

• Prepare Tender documents & attend pre bid, post bid meetings with client.
