• Hands-on experience coordinating with team members and developing designs per requirements.

• Dynamic Design Engineer with a good experience in the design of Special Purpose Machine, Conveyors, and Components Cleaning Machine design.

• Sound knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes.

• Good in the selection of hydraulic seals, bearings, Linear motion guides, ball screws, gearboxes, thermocouples, flow meters, couplings, Material selection, etc.…

• Create, implement, and maintain department standards and guidelines.

• Coordinated with design team members and developed design schedule to ensure compliance with client requirements.

• Monitored all phases of the design process and identified any risks involved in the project.

• Participated in various design management meetings for client projects.

• Designed projects within the required timeframe and set appropriate targets for team members.

• Preparing (DAP) layout of the machine as per the customer’s requirement.

• After getting approval from the customer proceeds with further design of machine completion.

• Create and maintain design calculation, standard parts selection, Bills of Materials, parts, and assembly drawings of the project.

• Coordinate with manufacturing and assembly to complete the project till getting the best cleaning as per client requirement.

• Preparation of material data records and BOM in SAP of the customer portal.

• Communicate all the project-related issues and project status to the clients through online meetings and discussions daily.

• Concept development in the design of special-purpose fixtures for rig drilling components.

• Design calculation preparation for Motors, bearings, shaft, seals, purchase parts, etc….

• Selection of hydraulic seals for high-pressure application.

• Preparation of detailed drawings and BOM for Manufacturing and Procurement.

• Preparation of ballooned assembly drawings,
