Vectra was founded by Automotive Industry veterans who experienced first hand the frustrations and challenges related to the design and manufacture of tooling and assembly components. Since 2011, Vectra has been developing and refining its software in live Body Assembly Integration (BAI) programs with the goal of fully automating the tedious work of 2D. Today, Auto2D works as an add-on to NX (from Siemens) and CATIA V5 (from Dassault Systemes). Support for SolidWorks and Inventor is coming soon. Configurations for Powertrain Machining/Assembly Tooling and Aerospace Tooling are available as well.
