2. Ability to perform volume allocation of Interior commodities and perform a weight assessment on assemblies, aggregates and installations.

3. As part of design, Ability to perform checks for Maintainability, Accessibility & Serviceability.

4. Ability to select suitable material based on REx. or simulation studies.

5. Ability to design the geometrical architecture of an equipment and to optimize installation issues., preferably on train/rolling stock

6. Ability to define Functional Dimensioning requirements with good use of GD&T.

7. Ability to define adjustment principles and clearance make-up.

8. Ability to perform stack-up analysis in coherence with manufacturing capabilities.

9. Ability to analyze manufacturing non-conformity and to validate a back-up solution.

10. Have understanding for product costs on a technical solution

to select & identify suitable fasteners based on the requirement of joint design.

12. Good knowledge of drawing rules and GDT&T using relevant EN, ISO standards.
