Address product quality issues and implement design improvements with Quality and Operations teams.

High proficiency in SolidWorks, including surfacing, top-down modeling, simulation, assemblies, and 2D drafting.

Strong understanding of high-volume manufacturing methods such as injection molding and sheet metal forming.

Experience with DFM, optimizing mold designs, and utilizing mold flow analysis, along with knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack analysis.
