Position: - Sr. Design Engineer

Experience: - 5-15 years in core mechanical industry

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Proficient using Solid works 3D Modelling & AutoCAD (MUST) in Sheet metal domain and Mechanical items design like Parts (Solid Parts, Weldments), Sub-Assemblies, Assembly, Drafting, BOMs (Assembly, Part, Indent).

2. Execute design to engineering standards as per IS standards (knowledge of GD&T, Fits is required).

3. Able to operate MS Excels, PowerPoint, Word, ERP

4. Able to select the Brought-out parts according to the engineering application

5. Knowledge of using mechanical, Electrical & electronic components like Gearmotor, sensors, switches, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.

6. Strong Designing skills, costing workout, Manufacturing Drawing Checking, etc.

7. Thorough Knowledge in basic and advance machine designing mechanisms, components, machines, supporting structures, advance brought out parts, and design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA) with basic engineering calculations.

8. Experience in all phases of new product development, design prototype, R&D work, Reverse engineering, design improvement, design explanation, documentation management and service support.

9. A mindset of an innovator and craftsman Creative and passionate about creating solutions.

10. Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
