We are seeking a talented and motivated Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at [Company Name]. As a Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our innovative textile processing machines. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from laser cutting and measurement to 3D modeling and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

* Product Design and Development:

* Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of machine components and assemblies.

* Conduct a thorough analysis of design concepts to ensure optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales, to define product requirements and specifications.

* Laser Cutting and Measurement:

* Operate laser cutting machines to fabricate precise components according to design specifications.

* Conduct on-site measurements and inspections to ensure accurate data collection for design and manufacturing purposes.

* Outsourcing Management:

* Oversee the technical aspects of outsourced job work, including vendor selection, quality control, and timely delivery.

* Visual Communication:

* Create high-quality 3D renders and animations to effectively communicate design concepts and product features to internal and external stakeholders. (We will teach you this)

* Quality Assurance:

* Implement rigorous quality control procedures to ensure adherence to design standards and customer specifications.

* Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify and rectify any design or manufacturing defects.

* Assembly and Testing:

* Participate in the assembly and testing of prototype and production machines.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the assembly and testing phases.

* Occasional Travel:

* May be required to travel outside Surat for specific projects or client meetings,
