Roles & Responsibilities

Design Coordinator

The responsibilities include, but not limited to,:

Ensuring that all designs meet brand guidelines and are consistent with other marketing materials

Participating in brainstorming sessions with designers to develop new product concepts or design improvements

Supervising designers to ensure that their work meets clients’ specifications

Coordinating with clients to understand complex design requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for designers

Reviewing designs for aesthetic appeal and adherence to brand guidelines

Planning and execute meetings, document projects, and ensure the corrective following of all parameters

Uploading the designs on the cloud or other equivalent alternatives in quicker time

Responsible for smoother coordination among the Management and the Team and ensure effective procurement of the resources whenever necessary

Dealing with the authorities (Dubai Municipality) whenever necessary, for various approvals or other processes.

Effective site supervision, CAD, Rendering, and coordinate for the meetings.
