Job Description

Urgent opening for Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Sales in Aluminium Building Material Industry @ Delhi.

Experience - 8 to 10 Years in for example: Glass, Doors Windows, Modular Kitchen, Laminates etc.

Experience of developing architect network and customer relationships,

CTC 8 to 9 LPA

Qualification: Bachelors degree in any Science (./ .), and MBA in Marketing.

Job Description:

Achievement of set targets for the financial year,

Maintaining architect and client relationships,

Channel partners profiling and their management,

Working with the territory sales team including channel partners to drive sales for achieving annual sales target,

Generating and implementation of sales strategies and brand building exercise,

Managing a complete life cycle of an order which includes product presentation to customer, consultative selling,

team coordination, material dispatch, site readiness etc.

Conducting market research on competitor products, discount policies, etc.

Coordinating with Project Management Department and keeping the customer informed about their order update's

Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by channel partners and sales team,

Creating and presenting sales performance reports in weekly reviews,

Timely documentation and submission of sales reports, market matrix, etc.

Training sales team members and empowering them to ensure successorship,

Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

For the sales position candidate should have their own 4-wheeler.

Required Skill Sets:

Excellence in MS Office, MS Excel, and marketing and sales software,

Must have knowledge of reading and interpreting CAD drawings and plans,

Must be analytical and good in mathematics.

Non Technical Skill Sets:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills,

Must know the art of selling,

Must be disciplined, well-dressed and presentable,
