Ensure that all parts required as per monthly production plan is available as per schedule

Convert all PRs to POs within 2 days of release

Ensure that all details such as POs, quality plan and drawings are submitted to the vendor

Ensure that all parts arrive on time from the vendor and support in completing GRN

Support quality team in resolution of any related issues

Ensure that vendors payments are made on time

Support Sourcing team in evaluation of vendors

Communicate with PPC to update regarding lead times to ensure that production plan is stable; any variance in lead times should be communicated on time
