Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors as per the defined criteria.
Training & Development: Provide training to advisors on products, sales processes, and compliance.
Business Development: Support advisors in generating business through field visits and joint sales calls.
Target Achievement: Drive sales of life insurance products to meet or exceed assigned targets.
Team Management: Motivate and retain high-performing advisors, monitor their progress, and provide ongoing support.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI regulations, and maintain proper MIS and reports.
Customer Focus: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality sales and post-sales service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Advisor recruitment and activation
Monthly and quarterly premium targets
Advisor retention and productivity
Number of joint field calls and training sessions
Policy persistency and quality of business
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
1��5 years of experience in life insurance or sales (agency experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Good communication and presentation abilities
Result-oriented with a passion for sales and team development
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
