DGM project handled with high rise independtly.

EXECUTION, PROJECT PLANNING,BUDGETING, MONITORING & CO-ORDINATION, EXPOSURE TO ALUFORM

- Execution, Project Planning - Monitoring & Co-ordination - MIS reporting

Exposure to Aluform Shuttering

Billing -QS, Estimation and contracts

Liasoning Coordination.

Handling Multiple Projects

Handling Entire Team of Projects Managers, Site Engineers, Estimation Engineers, Planning Engineers, Contracts Engineers, Design Coordinators etc

Complete responsibility of Project Execution for Safety, Quality, Safety & Schedule

Strong knowledge of D & D, Planning, Contracts, Billing and estimation

Involved in pre con, con and post con process. Chair All design coordination meetings with consultant.

Execute the works as per GFCs issued by consultant. Vendor finalization and negotiation.

Technical solutions for any issues occur during execution. Lead Entire team for Progress, Quality & HSE. Monitoring Bar chart wrt time and cost.

To arrange necessary third-party test on site.

To get necessary field tests done

. Attending internal & external IMS Audits

. Co-ordination with client, consultant, contractor, and site team. Complete responsibility of the project including speed, quality, and economy with safety.
