JOB PROFILE:

1. Compile And Analyze Financial Information To Prepare Financial Statements Including Monthly And Annual Accounts.

2. Ensure Financial Records Are Maintained In Compliance With Accepted Policies And Procedures.

3. Prepare Financials And Management Reports.

4. Reconciliation Of Accounts Receivables, Payables & Bank.

5. Accounts Payable Functions, Including Vendor Maintenance, Invoice Processing, Exceptionhandling, Payments & Reporting Activities Of The Accounts Payable.

6. Finalization/Bookkeeping Of Accounts For Australian Clients.

7. Involved In Reconciliation And Review Of Various Accounts Like Debtors Reconciliation, GST Reconciliation And Preparation Of Bank Reconciliation Statements.

8. To Consistently Identify And Implement New Ways To Improve The Quality Of Work And Improve The Means Of Working On Processes.

9. Proficient With Microsoft Office Package And Some Accounting Software Tools.

Salary: Negotiable (Depending On Last Package)

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Should Have Good Knowledge In Accounting, Auditing, Income Tax, Book Keeping, General Accounting.

2. Minimum 5 - 6 Years Relevant Experience. Fresher’s Need Not Apply

3. Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously

4. He / She Should Be Fluent In English And Should Have Goodcommunication Skills.

5. He / She Should Have High Standard Of Computer Literacy.

6. Ability To Work Efficiently Under Stretched Timelines & Pressure Conditions
