Job Specifications:
-Qualifications: /Graduate or equivalent.
-Professional Qualification: Any insurance certification (LOMA/III Associate/Licentiate)
-Life Insurance industry experience across Life Insurance Product & Policy admin Knowledge (New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Claims etc.)
-Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as Waterfall, Agile etc.
- Working knowledge of Integral Life (AS400) system/ Ingenium or similar PAS system.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Analyze Product Specifications- Team member need to review and analyze available Product
Specifications, CRs, add examples during review and feedback.
-Develop Test cases- Team member need to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases in collaboration with other stakeholders and prepare requirement traceability matrix (mapping of features in specs and test cases) which will be used as the blueprint for testing activities.
- Execute Test cases- Prepare, Plan, execute test cases and validate test results.
-User Acceptance Testing- Experience in testing all the life insurance functional areas, which Includes all the
cycles like Policy Issuance, Policy servicing, different types of Claims, frontend Applications and all
integration
touch points. Maintenance of UAT result screenshots & Test bed
for Audit/future references
-Document Bugs- Team member will be required to raise bugs, glitches and other flaws in detail for fixes
with internal IT Team.
- Carry out regression testing every time when changes were made to production environment.
