Roles and Responsibilities

Preparing & approval of annual maintenance, utility budget & monitoring monthly variance. Proper utilization of all equipment, efficiency & Improvement of machinery, new technology enhancement, and ensuring uninterrupted support to all the production units.

Planning & execution of Annual Shut Down maintenance within approved target. Rectifying plant machinery in terms of expansion of plant and current practice, forecasting & planning of machinery value addition

Analysis of Breakdown occurs & eliminates/ minimizes causes/effect

To ensure proper supply chain for maintenance with the essence to contribute to the control of working capital by proper inventory control. Planning & Approval taken for allocation of Funds for Equipment replacement, modification / Capital Investment

Prepare execution modification of projects as per Process requirement. Generating monthly MIS report related maintenance activity Study, check the feasibility of Energy Conservation Scheme & implement.

Best practice to forecast manpower planning and develop the skill of work and utilized the manpower in terms of business practice.

Proper budgeting of existing as well as prospects. Capable to grow the team and having managerial skills and good leadership qualities.

To lead maintenance team for mechanical, electrical, Instrumentations and Civil.

Experience - Min. 20 years of Experience in Mfg. industry. Out of which min 10 years in Distillery industry. And Min 5 years at Sr. Manager level.
