• update Office 365 Licenses, Subscriptions and User Management as Necessary
• assist with the Migration of Data Into the Office 365 Cloud Platform
• deliver a Consistent Process for Incident and Problem Escalation Along with Resolution
• assist with the Creation of Policies Around the Proper Use of Office 365 Services and Support.

• subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Office 365
• proven Working Experience in Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting in Windows Based Environment
• progressive Experience in a Technical Help Desk or a Customer Service Environment
• experience with Active Directory and Exchange
